What the prescribing record does not cover
Lamotrigine (Lamictal) was found in the defendant's blood and urine and quantified at 6.1 micrograms per millilitre, and Dr. Jollotta's August 11 testimony lists it among the medications tried. No prescribing event for it appears anywhere in the reporting, so the chronology has no entry and the toxicology chart shows a drug the prescriber record cannot account for. Clonazepam (Klonopin) appears in the same August 11 list of medications tried and in the August 4 testimony, again with no reported prescribing event. Olanzapine is the defendant's current medication as described by Dr. Mack on August 21, 2026. It is deliberately absent: this chronology ends the day before the killings. The chronology records 26 events, 13 of them with a named prescriber. A blank prescriber means none was reported, not that none exists.
