Two kinds of entry
Two kinds of entry. Up to 18:11 the times are device timestamps and call records, accurate to the second where the source gives it. After 18:11 the record is witness testimony, which gave sequence rather than clock times, so those entries are ordered but deliberately not timed. Where a time is contested it is marked and the conflict is recorded in the discrepancy index rather than resolved here.
The Patrick Clancy lane
The Patrick Clancy lane is not a device record. Unlike the phone and watch lanes, which are extractions from the defendant's devices, his movements are reconstructed from CVS and ThreeV surveillance, from calls as they appear on her phone, and from his own testimony. No extraction from a phone belonging to Patrick Clancy has been reported. One device of his is in evidence: a Microsoft Surface Pro seized from the house and found in his office, examined by Sgt. Kyle Pavao and the subject of his August 13 testimony about an August 2022 browsing sequence. Which of them was using it that morning was contested and not resolved.
